Linda Saslove truly lives up to her name. She is the perfect blend of Sas with a whole lot of love. Often compared to Carole King and Joni Mitchell. |

On her debut album, “Everything”, Toronto-based, award-winning singer/songwriter Linda Saslove has crafted songs from the heart that people of all ages and backgrounds can relate to. She enlisted the talents of producer/guitarist Bill Bell (Tom Cochrane, Jason Mraz), and a wonderful band made up of keyboardist, Mark Lalama (Marc Jordan, Dan Hill), drummer, Davide Direnzo (David Clayton Thomas, Holly Cole), bassist, Marc Rogers (Norah Jones, Nelly Furtado), cellist, Kevin Fox (Justin Bieber, Celine Dion), and pedal steel player, Burke Carroll (Murray McLaughlan, Ian Tyson). It was mastered by the amazing Joao Carlvalho. She is happy to announce that she will be selling “Everything” at Winterfolk. Her official CD release is in the Spring of 2018. She has a unique voice that is captivating. Her lyrics are clever and her melodies are unforgettable. She is featured on several compilation CDs. Her song, The Last Goodbye, was picked to be on Hope: Next 2 Exits, which is currently raising money for the families of the victims of 9/11. Linda often performs with Glen Hornblast (another Winterfolk artist). She is also the host of Lovely Linda’s Free Times Open Stage and Jam at the popular Free Times Cafe at College and Spadina. “As I sit here in a state of euphoria listening to Linda Saslove, I am harkened back to the voices of Judy and Joni.
