Kat Goldman’s songs have been covered by notable artists Dar Williams, and The Duhks, among others. She survived a tragic accident in 2003 when a car came crashing through a storefront window in a bakery. She move to Boston to help in her recovery, where she did a degree in English Literature, and penned here third album, “Gypsy Girl.” She has returned to Toronto with her fourth recording, produced by Bill Bell, “The Workingman’s Blues,” which tells a story about a young, tough workingman from Boston who struggles to overcome his hardscrabble past. |
